Spring Maple Harvest Season 2013 is over

400 tranquil forested acres nestled between the picturesque towns of Almonte and Pakenham, Fulton's is one of the best-loved and well-known sugar camps in Lanark County (west of Ottawa). With the property being in the Fulton family for over 160 years, the current generations (Shirley Fulton Deugo (4th) and son Scott (5th)) are tapping some of the same maple trees that their ancestors tapped in the 1840′s!

The Maple Shoppe has unique event favours, gift baskets, gourmet maple delights and maple bath & body products. Online shopping is always open.

We accept cash, interac, company cheques, visa and mastercard in the Maple Shoppe. Shipping available worldwide. Cash only accepted in the restaurant. ATM onsite.

The Pancake House is NOW CLOSED until Feb 15, 2014 (except for pre-arranged group bookings). 

Groups Welcome Anytime of the Year

Maple themed adventure packages for all ages and all seasons. Custom teambuilding and leadership programs. We give an Ottawa Valley welcome to local, national, and international tour operators. ...more info here . These programs/meetings can be arranged at any time of the year. ...more info here . Definition of groups that are required to pre-book a visit to Fulton's:

• Prepaying as a group.
• Booking private horse drawn sleigh rides and/or guided tours (price varies depending on day of week).
• No group bookings on Sundays during our spring season.

Note: We do not grant exclusivity to groups during our spring season from Feb 16 to April 21, all activities will remain open to the general public.

SPRING SEASON 2014: Feb 15 - Apr 20

You may want to start your visit in the restaurant, where you can savour pancakes, maple baked beans, sausages, maple desserts and enough maple syrup on tap to keep you going for the rest of the day. You don't need a reservation, just come in, order your food and sit down at one of the many long tables in the 120-seat restaurant. There is no admission to the grounds and parking is free. Visit the sugar camp to chat with Scott, 5th generation syrup producer, then stop by the Maple Shoppe to sample some pure Canadian maple syrup, maple gourmet foods and Maple Luscious Bath & Body Care line. If you decide to explore the marked forest trails, there are two self-guided tours, both of which are historically interesting and very well interpreted. Breathe deeply to restore and rejuvenate - find peace and serenity in the silence of a forest walk.

• MAPLE GIFT SHOPPE & RESTAURANT:  Open 9 am - 4 pm daily Feb 15 - Apr 20. Cash only in the restaurant. ATM on site. Debit, Visa, Mastercard & cash accepted in the Maple Shoppe. Free WiFi.
  Fulton's cafeteria-style restaurant serves pancakes, sausages, a variety of baked goods and combination plates. Click here to see our full menu! We have gluten, dairy & egg free waffles on the menu. Reservations are not required for the Restaurant. 
• PURE MAPLE: maple syrup, maple sugar candy, granulated maple sugar, maple butter and maple taffy.
• MAPLE GOURMET FOOD PRODUCTS: maple mustard, jams, BBQ sauce, fruit syrups, seasonings.
• MAPLE LUSCIOUS BATH & BODY CARE: lip balm, body butter, body lotion, Shea butter, milk bath and sugar scrub. All are made using Fulton's pure maple sap, syrup, granulated sugar and/or sugar sand. 
• EXPERIENCE NATURAL BEAUTY OF THE OUTDOORS: silent forest trails, horse drawn rides, trail games, playground and educational tours. 
• SPRING SPECIAL ACTIVITIES 10 AM - 2 PM: every Sat & Sun during Spring season, inlcuding March Break & all four days of Easter weekend. (Easter Egg Hunt Sat & Sun only).
