Ø      All our Maple Syrup, Gourmet Food products and Bath and Body Care line are made in small batches on-site in Pakenham, Ontario, Canada

Ø      Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website.  Should there be an error, we reserve the right to correct it.

Fulton's Pancake House & Sugar Bush, "Fulton's", will strive to keep your personal information safe and secure and have worked extensively with our Provider and Website Designer to ensure privacy.

Our website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), an industry standard security protocol.  When you place your order, you will connect with our secure server.  SSL sends this information "encrypted", changing all the information that you send back into a code this is extremely difficult to decipher.  Should you have any additional security/privacy concerns you would like addressed please do not hesitate to contact our webmaster at webmaster@fultons.ca

Fulton's never sells, rents or shares customer lists.  Any and all customer information is always kept confidential. 

Return/Refund Policy:

Ø      All products are 100% guaranteed

Ø      Any problems or concerns with any of Fulton's products need to be reported to Fulton's as soon as possible by contacting us at 1-613-256-3867 or email info@fultons.ca or mail to 291 6^th Concession Rd, RR1 Pakenham, ON CANADA K0A 2X0

Ø      Fulton's reserves the right to request inferior product be returned to us, at customers' expense, for quality control and inspection.

Ø      Fulton's pride ourselves on providing top quality products and should one fail to deliver that quality, we will replace/refund at our discretion based on availability.  All replacement products will be shipped to customer at Fulton's expense.

Ø      All refunded amounts will be excluding shipping and handling charges
