Maple Leaf Shortbread Cookies

When we cut these with a tiny leaf cookie cutter, we call them poppers. (You can't stop popping them in your mouth!)
2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cup Fulton’s Granulated Maple Sugar
4 cup flour
Cream butter and sugar. Mix in flour. Roll into large ball and then roll to approximately 1/2 cm thick. Cut with maple leaf cookie cutter. Bake at 275c in convection oven for 15 min or until edges are slightly brown. Sprinkle warm cookies with granulated maple sugar.
