Maple Balsamic glazed pecans

1 lb. pecans
3/4 cup Fulton's Organic Maple Syrup
1/4 good quality balsamic vinegar
1. Toss pecans with the Fulton's Organic Maple Syrup and balsamic vinegar (adjust maple syrup and balsamic to taste; look for a nice sweet/ tangy balance).
2. Spread out on parchment lined baking sheet. Roast at 325F until fragrant and glazed, about 15 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with sea salt and allow to cool.
4. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
