Crispy Maple Mustard Chicken
PREP TIME: 10 mins
TOTAL TIME: 25-30 mins
1/2 cup crushed pecans
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/3 cup Fulton’s Maple Mustard
1/2 cup Fulton's Organic Maple Syrup
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
In Bowl, combine pecans, crumbs & seasonings
In small bowl blend 2 Tablespoons mustard with maple syrup. Set aside.
Place remaining mustard on a flat plate. Dredge chicken breasts in mustard to coat. Press mustard dredged chicken breasts into crumb/nut mixture & coat both sides.
Place on well greased baking sheet. Spray top of chicken with Pam. Bake @ 400 F 20-25 minutes.
Meanwhile heat maple syrup & the 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard in microwave for approximately 2 minutes. Serve in side dish as dipping sauce for chicken.
