Maple Curried Chicken
PREP TIME: 20 mins
TOTAL TIME: 1 hour 20mins
1 whole chicken, cut up, or 8 chicken thighs (preferably without skin)
1/4 cup (60 ml) butter
1/4 cup (60 ml) Fulton's Organic Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp (30 ml) Fulton's Granulated Maple Sugar
2 tsp (10 ml) Fulton's Maple Mustard
1 tsp (5 ml) salt
1 tsp (5 ml) Fulton's Maple Curry Spice
Wash and dry chicken and place in a roasting pan.
Mix remaining ingredients in a saucepan and cook until butter is melted and a slow boil is reached. Pour over chicken.
Bake 350'F (180'C) for 1 hour. Baste frequently during the last 20 minutes.
*Tip: For a great summer twist, cook it on the BBQ!
