The Restaurant is now closed until next spring season 2014 (except for pre-arranged groups).

All special indoor & outdoor Sugar Bush Activities run between
10 am - 2 pm on the selected dates.

 

Summer, Fall & Winter

From May to Feb only the Maple Gift Shoppe is open Tues & Thurs: 10 am-3 pm, by chance or by appointment (613) 256-3867.

Special Note:

If you are concerned because of food sensitivities or allergies you are welcome to bring your own special dietary needs. Fulton's staff will be happy to reheat your food.

You could also request a gluten, egg & dairy free waffle. Our mix is from The Mix Company. We use the Ancient Grains Mix and this is how we prepare it:

2/3 c applesauce (unsweetened)

2 tbsp lemon juice

6 tbsp oil

3/4 c plus 2 tbsp water

260g Ancient Grains pancake/waffle mix

Stir wet ingredients together in a bowl & add the dry to it. Whisk all together until smooth. Oil the griddle really well. Brown both sides on a hot griddle or waffle iron.
